Studio 174 is the workspace of Brooklyn based jewelry designers Caroline Glemann and Michael Fitzgerald.
The Studio offers classes in the art of handcrafting jewelry.
Studio 174 is a creative, supportive and professional environment in which the processess of design are explored from concept to manifestation.

Studio 174 offers unique and original handcrafted rings in platinum, high karat golds, and silver. We will consult on all levels of design and fabrication — from choosing a diamond to working with precious gemstones — to create your ideal wedding bands. Wax II - Next session begins Aug. 13th thru Sep. 17th, Wednesday evenings.
Classical Ring Making - Next session begins Oct. 11th thru Nov. 15th, Saturday afternoons.
Introductory Silversmithing - Next session begins Oct. 16th thru Nov. 20th, Thursday evenings.
Enamel - Next session begins Oct. 19th thru Nov. 30th, Sunday afternoons.

Michael attended the national College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland. He studied a wide range of arts and crafts before finding that Jewelry was the medium he had most interest in.
